Thank you for Sponsoring and/or Exhibiting at our 2026 Gulf Coast Dental Conference! The Gulf Coast Dental Conference (GCDC), is a regional conference that attracts attendees from all over the southeast and around the country! Exhibitor Registration for our 2026 show is now open!
Exhibitor Setup
Exhibit booths come with a table, table cover, waste can and 2 chairs. The exhibit showroom area is fully carpeted. Additional chairs, tables, electricity and other items can be purchased through our vendor Veal Convention Services. Please use the link on the right to download order forms. You may use your company name to order equipment. We will provide Veal with your booth number once the booth numbers have been assigned.
Exhibitor Cancellation Policy: Exhibitor Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to Ms. Coella Judkins at judkins@aldaonline.org or exhibits@aldaonline.org. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by January 31, 2026. An administrative charge of $500 will be applied if the written cancellation is received after January 31, 2026, and prior to March 1, 2026. No refund will be issued March 1, 2026, or later.
