Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to Gulf Coast Dental Conference, 170 Depot St, Unit 1A, Blue Ridge, GA 30513 or emailed to gcdc@prereg.net. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received prior to March 31, 2025. An administrative charge of $200 will be applied if the written cancellation is received on or after March 31, 2025. No refund will be issued after April 15, 2025 without the written approval of the Gulf Coast Dental Conference.
