Early pre-registration is encouraged in order to receive lower registration fees and ticket prices. Name badges and tickets for pre-registered attendees will be mailed to the primary registrant two weeks prior to the meeting. Registration packets (including name badges and tickets) can be picked up at the Registration Pick-Up Desk onsite for all attendees who register after May 15. Online registration will remain open through the meeting. There will be an onsite registration kiosk available to purchase tickets or make changes to your registration. A Help Desk will be located on the lobby level of the resort for any help you may need. Name badges will be required for admittance to all events and the Exhibit Show. Registration Pick-Up Desk and Help Desk hours are as follows: June 8, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm June 9, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm June 10, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm June 11, 8:00 am - 10:00 am In addition to the meeting registration fee, appropriate fees for certain courses or activities will apply.

If reservations are not available for your preferred dates at Perdido Beach Resort, please request to be on our waiting list there. We will accommodate as many reservations as possible at Perdido Beach Resort. We are also securing overflow rooms at other locations - more info coming soon. Attention Gulf Coast Dental Conference Attendees

Thank you for registering for the 2022 Gulf Coast Dental Conference! We look forward to seeing you in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama!

Onsite registration will be available at gulfcoastdentalconference.org through June 12. Please register, purchase tickets or make changes at your convenience on your mobile device. An onsite registration computer kiosk will be located in the lecture foyer each day as well. Our Help Desk will be located on the eastern side of the Lobby level of the resort.

Your name badges will be mailed to you next week. Please be sure to bring your badge with you to the conference. Name badges are required to enter all events. Review the back of your badge for your individual registration summary.

IMPORTANT CHANGES IN CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT PROCESS

In order to receive continuing education credit for the courses you attend, you must present your badge for ticket scanning at each GCDC clinical. We no longer require paper rosters to be signed by attendees. Tickets will be scanned upon entry to each course and are subject to be scanned at random unannounced times during each course. Ticket scanning will not be available after the course concludes, so be sure to scan your ticket upon entry to each course.

For your records, you will also receive a Continuing Education Certificate inside your registration welcome bag distributed at the onsite registration desk.

If you are an AGD member and would like the conference to submit your CE credits to the AGD, you must enter your AGD number in your online registration form.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and mailed to Gulf Coast Dental Conference, 6840 Meadowridge Court, Alpharetta, GA 30005 or emailed to gcdc@prereg.net. A full refund will be given if the written cancellation is received by April 1, 2022. An administrative charge of $75 will be applied if the written cancellation is received on or after April 1. No refund will be issued after May 1, 2022 without the written approval of the Gulf Coast Dental Conference.
